Role
AI Builder, Emerging Talent (New Grad cohort) — an early-career engineering role embedded with customer-facing teams to design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production. You will work in cross-functional “builder pods” to deliver real-time impact for large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architectures leveraging LLMs and the Agentforce platform.
- Architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Iterate rapidly: test, break, fix, and ship; own features from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Work closely in cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, debugging, and real-time infrastructure work.

Requirements

- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Strong collaboration, consultative communication skills, problem-solving instincts, and initiative.
- Willingness to travel ~25–50% to work directly with customers.
Compensation & Notes
- Typical base salary range listed: $110,000–$133,000 annually; select San Francisco and NYC metro cities: $141,000.
- Role is production-facing and customer-embedded; expects significant on-site engagement and travel.
