About the Role
Salesforce is hiring early-career AI Builders to design, develop, and deploy production agentic AI solutions for customers in the UK & Ireland. You will work in cross-functional builder pods using modern AI tooling, write production-quality code (JavaScript, Python, Apex), and travel to customer sites as needed.

Role
AI Builder (Emerging Talent) for the UK & Ireland Market embedded in customer-facing teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production. You will join a New Grad cohort, work in cross-functional “builder pods,” and deliver real-time customer impact using Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and leading AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls and overall agent architecture leveraging LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Develop, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to architect and deliver solutions; own features from design through deployment.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and support client-facing conversations.
- Iterate rapidly: test, break, fix, and ship. Travel to customer sites (expected 25–50% travel).
Requirements
- Strong foundational background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- Early-career / new-graduate level with a builder mindset and technical foundation.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Comfortable engaging with sales teams and customers; strong communication and consultative skills.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel 25–50%.
