AI Developer & Technical Publications Analyst (Contract, remote - US/Canada). This is a part-time contractor role focused on maintaining aviation technical documentation and building internal IT solutions that reflect real operational workflows. The role combines document control, content migration, and SharePoint administration with development using the Microsoft Power Platform and data visualization via Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Publications
- Manage and maintain aviation manuals, procedures, and regulatory filings
- Migrate legacy FrameMaker content to modern platforms
- Own document control processes and version management
IT Development
- Build Power BI dashboards connecting flight operations and finance data
- Work with FAA/DOT data to produce compliance dashboards
- Create Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for internal workflows
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries
Day-to-Day IT
- Device management (iPhones, iPads, laptops)
- SharePoint administration and support
- Support internal tools and systems

Requirements
Core Skills
- Experience with Power BI development
