Role
Leadr.co is seeking an AI Developer / βVibe Coderβ to design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations that improve personal productivity and business operations. The role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on shipping production-ready solutions that move the needle for sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered personal productivity tools and internal assistants.
- Design and deploy production-grade business tools (lead qualification agents, CRM automations, outreach personalization, etc.).
- Integrate AI APIs and automation platforms with company data and systems.
- Proactively identify high-leverage automation opportunities and propose solutions.
- Ship measurable, production-level projects and iterate quickly based on outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong interest in systems, automation, and AI-driven development; demonstrated by personal projects or shipped automations.
- Comfort with API integrations and connecting automations across platforms.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and own projects end-to-end.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and model APIs (examples listed below).
- Product-focused mindset: outcome-oriented, rapid prototyping, and ownership.
