AI Engineer (PHP/Go) responsible for integrating AI service APIs (e.g., OpenAI), deploying and operating models on the company’s AI-hosting server, and building APIs and automations that make e-commerce and digital-health platforms faster, smarter, and more stable. The role includes connecting modern AI technologies with legacy systems to ensure seamless communication between old and new components.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate AI-service APIs (for example OpenAI) into products.
- Deploy and operate models on an internal AI-hosting server.
- Develop APIs and smart automations to improve platform performance and stability.
- Connect modern AI components with existing/legacy systems to enable seamless interoperability.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in PHP and/or Go; experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is also relevant.
- Practical experience with AI APIs or self-hosted models and model operation.
- First experience with vibe coding is a plus (posting notes use of Claude Code).
- Experience operating/deploying models (DevOps/operations-oriented tasks).
- Ability to work pragmatically and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Good English skills; German is a plus.
