Role
Sendbird is seeking an AI-First Full-Stack Marketer reporting to the Product Marketing Lead to build a modern storytelling engine for Delight.ai. This person will span customer marketing and product marketing: finding customer stories, shaping product angles, creating assets, and distributing them quickly using AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer conversations and product discovery to identify high-value stories and insights.
- Synthesize market and product understanding to define positioning and narrative angles.
- Create and ship marketing assets (case studies, videos, social content, sales decks, landing pages) and iterate quickly based on performance.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content production and experimentation, enabling faster cycles from insight to distribution.
- Measure performance, learn from outcomes, and optimize storytelling and distribution.
- Collaborate across product, sales, and customer teams to surface and amplify customer success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or product management.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrable work/portfolio you can point to and claim ownership of.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools and workflows quickly; able to move at high velocity and independently drive projects to completion.
Team & Reporting
- Reports to the Product Marketing Lead and will operate across customer and product functions as a generalist storyteller.
Compensation & Work Policy
- Estimated cash compensation range (San Francisco Bay market): $140,000 - $180,000.
- Flexible work schedule with an expectation that employees within an hour’s commute of an office gather with their team in-office at least three days per week (actual office requirements may vary by role).
