About the Role

Staff/Principal AI-First IT Product Manager to own AI-powered roadmaps and enterprise implementations across SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday). Lead cross-functional efforts to prototype AI agents, define operational standards (error budgets, golden sets), and drive AI-enabled automation for core business workflows.

Job Description

Role

This Staff/Principal Product Management role leads AI-first IT transformation for enterprise applications. The primary mission is to define and execute an AI-powered roadmap that accelerates automation and AI augmentation across SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday) and core business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise AI roadmap focused on AI enhancements for SaaS ecosystems and internal process automation.
  • Partner with business units to identify manual bottlenecks (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing) and apply AI to automate Lead-to-Cash and Hire-to-Retire workflows.
  • Build and iterate functional prototypes using AI-native tools to validate how AI agents interact with standard and proprietary enterprise APIs.
  • Define operational standards for AI outputs, including error budgets and accuracy standards to preserve brand voice and data integrity.
  • Curate and version-control “Golden Sets”—definitive datasets from internal enterprise data—to evaluate AI performance in real business scenarios.

Requirements

  • Experience: Staff level: 8+ years; Principal level: 12+ years in Product Management for enterprise applications or business systems.
  • Domain expertise delivering features in SFDC (Salesforce), SAP, or Workday ecosystems.
  • Technical literacy with mandatory hands-on experience using GenAI tools (vibe-coding) to create constrained prototypes that validate requirements and reduce engineering ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with LLM constraints (context windows, hallucinations) and integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations into business workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Workday Extend.
  • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation and revenue operations.
  • Analytical, maker-oriented mindset with a portfolio demonstrating AI-orchestrated business solutions.

Compensation & Location

  • Salary range (posted): $141,000.00 - $229,000.00 per year.
  • Location: Santa Clara, California. Office-first model with flexibility when needed.
  • Compensation may include restricted stock units and a bonus; final offer depends on qualifications, experience, and work location.

Other

  • Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IT strategy, engineering, and business units to operationalize AI at enterprise scale.
