Role
ChainIT is hiring an AI Generalist to integrate and deploy agentic AI systems across marketing, sales, internal operations, research, and light product experimentation. This is a hands-on builder role focused on shipping pragmatic AI workflows and automation rather than pure research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows across marketing, sales, and operations
- Build and orchestrate agentic systems using modern AI tooling
- Automate repetitive internal processes and develop AI-driven content and research pipelines
- Prototype and test internal AI copilots
- Help define the internal AI stack and best practices
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI tooling and stay current with trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement automation opportunities
Requirements
Core skills
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Experience using AI automation tools and platforms (examples listed below)
- Ability to design structured workflows and lightweight systems
- Comfortable shipping scrappy solutions and iterating quickly
- Strong written communication
- Familiarity with API integrations and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript is a strong plus)
Vibe / Builder mentality
- Able to build functional prototypes without overengineering
- Experience or comfort using fast-prototyping tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf)
- Comfortable stitching together no/low-code and API-based tools into usable internal systems
- Systems-oriented thinking rather than only prompt-level thinking
Preferred / Bonus
- Web3 knowledge (wallets, tokens, smart contracts, onchain analytics)
- Experience with AI agents or multi-agent orchestration
- Familiarity with CRM automation and growth marketing experimentation
- Prior startup experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
