The role leads paid acquisition, Shopify merchandising, SEO, Amazon marketplace growth, analytics, and builds AI automations to scale growth.

Role
Schneiders Saddlery seeks an AI Growth Manager to own the full-stack growth engine: paid acquisition, Shopify merchandising and CRO, SEO, Amazon marketplace execution, analytics and attribution, and the design and deployment of AI systems and automations to scale output without adding headcount. The role requires equal fluency in the equestrian customer mindset, growth marketing, and building production AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and manage influencer partnerships.
- Hands-on Shopify platform work: merchandising, UX improvements, CRO and A/B testing.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy focused on content-to-conversion and product page optimization.
- Own Amazon channel strategy and agency management to scale marketplace revenue.
- Build analytics and attribution frameworks (CAC, LTV, cohorts, multi-touch attribution) using GA4 and SQL.
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems and automations (agentic systems, Zapier/Make workflows, dashboards, custom tools) to eliminate manual work and scale operations.
- Set and own growth metrics and outcomes, launch new channels, and iterate on experiments.
Requirements
- Active or former rider / deep equestrian experience required.
- 5–7 years of DTC e-commerce / growth marketing experience.
- Demonstrable experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or apps (portfolio required).
- Hands-on Shopify experience (implementation, CRO, merchandising), not just strategy.
- Fluency with GA4 and SQL for analytics and attribution.
- Paid channel execution experience (Google and Meta minimum).
- Proven ownership mindset and ability to operate with autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation: $132,000–$182,000 (includes $110,000–$140,000 base + 20–30% performance bonus).
- Six-figure+ ad budget with decision authority.
