The role owns full-stack growth execution and builds AI automations and agentic workflows to scale marketing output.

Role

AI Growth Marketing Manager for a heritage equestrian DTC retailer. This role pairs domain expertise in equestrian products and customer behavior with practical experience building AI-driven automations and tools to scale paid acquisition, merchandising, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and influencer collaborations targeted to equestrian audiences.
  • Manage Shopify merchandising, UX, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing for product pages and landing pages.
  • Own SEO strategy and educational content that converts (e.g., product guides tailored to riders).
  • Execute and grow Amazon marketplace presence and manage agencies as needed.
  • Drive analytics and measurement (CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution) using GA4 and SQL.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI systems, automations, agentic workflows, dashboards, and internal tools to scale marketing output.
  • Create authentic ad creative, landing pages, seasonal campaigns, and influencer partnerships grounded in equestrian expertise.

Requirements

  • Active/former rider or horse owner; strong equestrian background required.
  • 5–7 years of DTC e-commerce/growth marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI tools, automations, or apps; portfolio/links/screenshots required.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience and practical CRO/A/B testing skills.
  • Fluent with GA4 and SQL for analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with automation platforms and AI integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make) and using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) in product/marketing builds.
  • Comfortable owning metrics, iterating quickly, and working autonomously.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 (USD).
  • Bonus: 20–30% tied to growth metrics.
  • Total-compensation range listed: $132,000–$182,000.
