Role
AI Innovation Associate (Vibe Coder) — a hands-on technical product/prototyping role on the SMB Agentic AI Sales Team. You will lead rapid, AI-driven prototyping for sales-focused products, translating sales and marketing needs into working proofs of concept and documenting prompt architecture and design decisions for engineering hand-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end prototyping lifecycle for pillars such as Customer Discovery AI, Unified Quoting, and Post-Close Support.
- Shadow Sales, Marketing, and Client Care to discover friction points and translate verbal requests into structured logic and functional designs.
- Personally develop functional prototypes using AI-native development environments and command LLMs/agentic workflows to generate code.
- Collaborate with a Data Scientist to integrate Gemini-powered summaries and real-time data into prototypes.
- Focus on speed and iteration to create testable proof-of-concepts and refine them based on user feedback.
- Document logic, prompt architecture, and design decisions to guide traditional engineering teams for production hardening.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure prototypes meet functional requirements before hand-off.
Requirements
- AI-first, maker mindset; likely a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency reading and reasoning about Python and JavaScript code; able to detect AI hallucinations and validate outputs.
- Product-first thinking prioritizing user problem solving over implementation details.
- Strong communication skills to translate vague stakeholder requests into precise technical prompts and specifications.
- Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and working without legacy constraints.
Skills & Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams, and an internal Data Scientist.
- Expect to lead with modern AI tooling and agentic workflows; document prompts and integration logic for downstream teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000 (range provided in posting). Performance bonus / sales incentive plan: 12%.
