Alpha AI Company’s STAP (Student Talent Acquiring Program) is an AI internship designed to identify and train high-potential individuals without requiring prior AI knowledge, degrees, or certifications. The program provides structured training, mentorship, hands-on projects, and a multi-stage evaluation that can lead to potential full-time employment.

Key Activities / Responsibilities
- Complete an AI masterclass and a structured AI training program
- Participate in assessments (rapid evaluation and a longer aptitude/problem-solving assessment)
- Work on real-world projects under mentorship
- Participate in research, experimentation, and product-focused tasks
- Attend an in-person HR and culture interview in Pune if shortlisted (travel and accommodation covered)
Evaluation Process
- Level 1 – AI Masterclass (introductory learning)
- Level 2 – Complete AI Training Program (structured learning)
- Level 3 – Assessment Round: 3A (10-minute rapid evaluation) and 3B (90-minute aptitude/problem-solving assessment)
- Level 4 – HR & Culture Round (in-person in Pune)
Evaluation focuses on learning ability, adaptability, curiosity, creativity, communication, collaboration, accountability, ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- No prior AI knowledge, programming experience, certifications, degrees, or internships required
- Open to students, recent graduates, self-taught learners, career changers, and college dropouts
