Role
We are hiring an AI Marketing & Growth Manager to own the technical and automation infrastructure that delivers measurable lead generation. This is a builder role: you will personally execute on website performance, AI-driven automation, paid performance, and analytics while coordinating WordPress and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and performance of the website and supporting infrastructure, ensuring uptime, stability, speed, and strong Core Web Vitals.
- Coordinate with DevOps and direct the WordPress development team to optimize site speed, publishing workflows, performance, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and AI-based tools (from scratch or by composing platforms) to automate audits, content production, design workflows, and repetitive tasks.
- Use prompt engineering across multiple LLMs to address website and execution challenges; select appropriate model approaches.
- Plan and run paid performance marketing campaigns with responsibility for lead generation outcomes and optimization for volume and quality.
- Analyze data from GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools to inform decisions and improve conversions and lead flow.
- Implement and manage UTMs, link tracking, and tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager); map the user journey and apply CRO techniques to diagnose and fix drop-off points.
- Maintain brand and design consistency across marketing assets and ensure smooth marketing-to-engineering handoffs.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience across marketing technology, growth, and automation.
- Strong command of the WordPress environment and experience directing web dev teams toward performance goals.
- Practical experience building AI tools and automated workflows; comfortable with vibe coding or low-code/no-code approaches.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and fluency with multiple LLMs.
- Experience running paid performance campaigns with accountability for lead generation metrics.
- Solid grounding in SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with UTMs, tag management, attribution, user journey analysis, and CRO.
- An eye for design systems and brand consistency and a builder’s mindset to create or source tools as needed.

- Background spanning both engineering and marketing.

- Familiarity with marketing and CRM integrations (for example HubSpot).
