AI Native Writer & VibeCoder

Role

You will be the primary AI-native writer responsible for creating and maintaining high-performing short-form business content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and YouTube Shorts. The role emphasizes building vibe-coded content systems, chaining LLMs and prompt stacks, and translating complex business concepts into concise, repeatable formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Write short-form scripts and platform-specific variants that perform across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and YouTube Shorts
• Reverse-engineer platform incentives, ranking signals, and attention curves
• Use AI (LLMs, chained LLM workflows, prompt stacks) as a thinking multiplier while applying human judgment and taste
• Build and maintain libraries of reusable formats, prompt stacks, and script generators
• Translate performance data into iterative improvements and feed retention insights back into prompt systems
• Collaborate with creators and editors and act as a systems architect for content workflows

Requirements

• Strong taste and clear opinions supported by data
• Experience building on AI systems and familiarity with chaining LLMs and prompt-based workflows
• Proven storytelling ability and expertise in short-form content formats
• Strong grasp of TikTok, X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and ability to recognize viral hooks and repeatable formats
• Clear, concise communication, attention to detail, and ability to learn and iterate quickly
• Organized, proactive, and dependable

Location & Hours

• Fully remote
• Must be available during regular business hours: 9am–6pm CT

Reporting & Team

• Reports to the Short Form Creative Lead and has a direct line to the founder
