AI Operations Specialist | Enablement
Hands-on vibe coding: building AI copilots and automations with Cursor, ChatGPT plugins and low-code tools to prototype and ship internal workflows.
About the Role
The AI Operations Specialist will deploy and scale AI-driven automations and copilots for non-engineering teams, driving high adoption and measurable productivity gains. The role combines hands-on workflow building with enablement, coaching, and iterative optimization to embed an AI-first operating model.
Job Description
Role
As an AI Product Operator, you will accelerate company-wide AI adoption by building, deploying, and iterating AI-driven automations and copilots for non-engineering teams. You will partner with business teams to map processes, implement low-code/no-code workflows, measure impact, and train internal champions to embed AI practices into daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy dozens of AI-driven automations or copilots across targeted non-engineering teams within 6–12 months.
- Drive adoption and enablement so hundreds of team members use deployed workflows in daily work (>90% active usage target).
- Map processes and build workflows using low-code/no-code and copilot tools, and orchestrate integrations.
- Measure impact using dashboards and QA checks; iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
- Seed an AI-native culture by coaching internal “AI champions”, creating templates, and embedding practices into team norms.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in product management, product ops, BizOps, strategy, technical program management, revenue operations, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI to build, ship, and transform work in prior teams or projects.
- Technical fluency with low-code/no-code and copilot tools (examples called out include Notion, n8n, Gumloop, Cursor, Claude Code), plus experience with SQL, BI tools, APIs, scripting, or integrations.
- Strong operational empathy and ability to partner with business teams to understand challenges and deliver rapid solutions.
- Strong communicator able to produce clear documentation and run effective internal training and enablement sessions.
- Self-starter with high ownership, comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with departmental workflows in Sales, CX, Finance, Risk, HR, etc.
- Prior experience in internal enablement or change management programs.
Not for you
- If you prefer strategy briefings over hands-on delivery, focus on AI research or building models rather than applied AI work, or prefer people management over hands-on solution building, this role may not be a fit.
