Role
The AI Pathfinder will lead CreativeHut’s AI learning strategy, shaping AI curriculum across key stages and regions (UK/Ireland, Europe, US), upskilling the educator team, evaluating AI tools, and working with corporate partners to deliver AI education and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build age-appropriate, engaging AI curriculum for learners across UK/Ireland, Europe and US.
- Upskill and support STEM educators to build AI fluency and a culture of shared learning.
- Evaluate and test AI tools; produce clear recommendations for internal teams and partners.
- Design and deliver AI hackathons and events for schools, community programmes and corporate partners.
- Contribute to impact reporting, partner communications, and departmental roadmap development.
- Stay current with AI developments and translate key advances into classroom-ready insights.
Requirements
- Self-driven learner with a personal interest in exploring AI and experimentation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in figuring things out without existing maps.
- Able to explain complex ideas simply to diverse audiences (children, leadership, partners).
- Experience building, prototyping, or experimenting with AI tools (formal or informal).
- Energised by working with young people, educators and community partners.
- Collaborative mindset; able to shape and influence cross-team learning.
- Passion for education, STEAM learning and community impact.
