Role
AI-Powered Mobile App Developer responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance iOS and Android applications that integrate on-device AI, predictive UX, and agentic workflows. The role emphasizes high-velocity development using AI-native IDEs and agents to accelerate prototyping, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain mobile apps using cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) or native (Swift, Kotlin).
- Use AI-native IDEs and agents to accelerate development, prototyping, automated testing, and deployment.
- Integrate AI-native features such as conversational interfaces, real-time image/voice recognition, and predictive analytics via on-device models or cloud APIs.
- Rapidly prototype MVPs combining low-code AI builders with custom logic to validate product-market fit.
- Optimize app performance for memory management and low-latency AI model inference on mobile hardware.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to convert AI-generated mockups into responsive mobile interfaces.
Required Technical Skills
- Mobile development with Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Integration with AI APIs and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Google Gemini) and on-device ML kits (CoreML, ML Kit).
- Backend and data integration experience with Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js and familiarity with vector databases for RAG features.
- Version control and CI/CD for automated builds and app store submissions (Git + CI/CD pipelines).
Preferred AI Tooling
- AI-assisted development: Cursor AI (Composer/Agent mode), Claude Code.
- Rapid app building: Lovable / Loveable, Bolt.new, v0.
- Model reasoning/debugging: Claude 3.5/4, OpenAI o1/o3.
- Design and assets generation: Canva (Magic Studio), Figma AI.
- Automation/agents: Emergent and other agentic frameworks.
Candidate Qualities
- AI-first mindset: automate repetitive tasks and focus on high-level architecture and user experience.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing AI models and mobile frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver working prototypes quickly.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-based app development.
Employment & Compensation
- Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month.
