Role
The AI-Powered Product Manager will act as a hybrid product strategist and AI-assisted builder who leverages AI coding assistants and no-code/low-code platforms to rapidly produce interactive prototypes, validate feature concepts with stakeholders, and manage the product delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and stakeholders to define, document, and validate scope, functionality, and usability requirements.
- Translate discovery into actionable artifacts: user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes.
- Use AI coding assistants and no-code/low-code builders to produce interactive prototypes that validate ideas before production code.
- Champion AI-augmented workflows (prompt engineering, automated test case generation, rapid documentation).
- Maintain a well-groomed product backlog with high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Collaborate daily with Scrum teams (developers, QA, design) to ensure features are built, tested, and shipped to spec.
- Communicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
- Author and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation: user manuals, in-app help, release notes, feature specs, and onboarding materials.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a product role (product management, product development, or hybrid builder/PM).
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, ChatGPT) to build and ship working prototypes; familiarity with “vibe coding” techniques.
- Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance-criteria definition.
- Experience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable in a fast, ambiguous, high-ownership, growth-stage environment.
- Proficiency with core productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard SaaS collaboration platforms.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the clinical research industry (sponsors, CROs, eClinical providers) or regulatory frameworks (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Hands-on experience with eClinical platforms (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent, RTSM).
- Background in a formal AI builder or developer role with production-quality delivery using AI assistance.

Salary
- $150,000 - $170,000 USD
