About the Role

The AI Process Engineer will design and deploy AI-driven automations to eliminate manual work and increase productivity across brokerage, marketing, research, and operations. Reporting to the COO, the role partners with senior leaders to convert strategic objectives into scalable AI agents, low-code tools, and automation frameworks. This is an on-site position based in Nashville, TN.

Role

The AI Process Engineer architects and delivers AI-driven systems and automations to replace repetitive manual tasks and increase operational leverage across the organization. Working directly with the COO and business unit leaders, the role translates strategic objectives into technical automation roadmaps and production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and redesign business processes across brokerage, marketing, research, operations, and leadership.
  • Build and deploy AI agents to automate research, underwriting support, CRM updates, reporting, document production, communication workflows, and internal coordination.
  • Create scalable automation frameworks that can be applied across offices and teams.
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy internal tools, dashboards, workflow systems, and automation pipelines.
  • Integrate APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party tools into unified workflows and continuously iterate on deployed systems.
  • Partner with executives and business unit leaders to identify friction points, present pilots and performance metrics, and serve as a trusted advisor on AI implementation.
  • Quantify time savings, efficiency gains, and ROI from automation initiatives and develop internal AI standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in automation, AI implementation, systems engineering, or workflow design.
  • Proven experience building AI agents or production-grade automations.
  • Hands-on experience with vibe coding or low-code AI platforms such as Lovable, Superblocks, Manus, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and workflow orchestration.
  • Ability to operate confidently with senior executives and translate strategy into execution.
  • Builder mindset with high ownership, bias toward execution, and comfort operating autonomously with direct executive visibility.
