Role
Foundever is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of an internal agentic platform. The platform enables internal users to create agentic systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven solutions; the role focuses on product vision, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for an AI-native platform built on LLMs, automation frameworks, and conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for the agentic platform: vision, discovery, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities, automation workflows, and AI orchestration aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with operations, CX, IT, and analytics to identify and prioritize high-value automation and agentic use cases.
- Translate business and technical needs into product requirements, user stories, and platform capabilities; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure platform features.
- Guide decisions on LLM integration, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Track platform adoption, usage, performance metrics, and user feedback; communicate strategy and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with exposure to AI-driven or platform products.
- Proven experience managing technically complex products involving AI, LLMs, or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with automation workflows or agentic platforms (examples given: n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration frameworks).
- Experience with Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual agents in production.
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to prioritize automation opportunities, and success working with cross-functional technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Excellent English (C1+) required; French and Spanish are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, and AI-driven automation.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, API-based integrations, and event-driven architectures.
- Agile and scrum methodologies, backlog management, user story writing, and product best practices.
- Analytical, systems-thinking mindset focused on scalability and reuse; excellent communication and presentation skills.
Tools & Technologies
- Familiarity or experience with: LLMs and generative AI tools, automation/agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow), conversational AI/chatbot/virtual agent platforms.
- Product and delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loom.
Location & Working Timezone
- Remote role with preference for candidates in the CET time zone (EMEA region, South Africa, Egypt, or India).
