AI Product Manager

Role

You will be the product owner and evangelist for the world’s No.1 AI video agent focused on authentic social video. You take full ownership across the entire product lifecycle, including product-market fit (PMF), go-to-market (GTM) messaging, AI agent performance, and defining video quality standards. You will lead cross-functional, global execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the AI video agent.
• Drive PMF discovery, experimentation, and iterative product improvements.
• Craft GTM messaging and coordinate launch activities across teams.
• Steer AI agent performance and collaborate with engineering and research to improve model behavior.
• Define and enforce taste and quality standards for social video output.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, growth, and other partners.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in product, with substantive exposure to AI and engineering.
• Startup experience, ideally as a founder or early team member who has taken a product from 0 to 1.
• Generalist mindset and comfort working across product, AI, engineering; bonus if experienced in design, growth hacking, or video creation.
• Deep understanding of state-of-the-art (SOTA) AI models and a strong passion for building AI products.
• Growth mindset, high tolerance for ambiguity, and willingness to go beyond defined scopes.
• Strong taste for social video and an ability to evaluate what makes content great.

Location & Compensation

• Location: On-site in Palo Alto, CA or San Francisco, CA.
• Compensation Range: $200,000 - $250,000.
