AI Senior Product Designer

Role

As a Senior AI Designer on the AI Platform team, you will translate strategic AI concepts and behaviors into cohesive, reusable product experiences for next-generation banking solutions. You will work closely with product managers, researchers, content writers, and engineers to design multi-platform, scalable UX components and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy.
• Maintain and uphold experience design (XD) processes and guidelines.
• Execute all stages of visual design from concept through engineering design reviews.
• Conceptualize solutions that simplify complex design challenges with a user-centered approach.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction concepts.
• Participate in user research and evaluate feedback to guide design improvements.
• Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping scalable, multi-platform UX or product design for consumer or enterprise products.
• 1+ year of experience leading user experience design for AI-powered products or features.
• Experience owning end-to-end UX design from discovery to final visual design.
• Strong system thinking and high level of visual design craft.
• Ability to design clear interaction flows covering common and edge-case scenarios.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and making collaborative decisions from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Jam, Figma Make, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.

• Experience designing for fintech or banking products.
• Experience using AI tools for design inspiration and prototypes.
• Vibe-coding experience with rapid prototypes.
• Design agency experience.
