Role
You will be the primary builder for Blephy, an AI-powered e-commerce operations product. This is a greenfield full‑stack engineering role with end-to-end ownership from PRD to MVP and beyond, focusing on shipping production features that integrate LLMs and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a full‑stack web application (frontend and backend).
- Design and implement backend APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
- Develop AI/LLM-powered features: prompt design, tool calling/agents, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Orchestrate LLM workflows and integrate with LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Break vague product ideas into shippable tasks and iterate rapidly from prototypes to stable MVP.
- Make product‑level technical decisions and trade‑offs; take ownership of architecture and the codebase.
Requirements
- Proven experience building full‑stack web applications (frontend + backend).
- Experience with designing APIs, databases, authentication, and role‑based access.
- Practical experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs or other AI services; prompt engineering and evaluation skills.
- Comfortable working from PRDs, shipping quickly, and iterating with minimal process.
- Strong product thinking, autonomy, and ability to operate in an early‑stage startup environment.
- Comfort using AI coding tools for development and rapid prototyping.

How You Will Work

Success Metrics (first 30/60/90 days)
- 30 days: Understand product vision and PRDs; set up core technical stack; ship early prototypes.
- 60 days: Core workflows implemented end‑to‑end; LLM features functioning for internal testers.
- 90 days: Stable MVP, clear technical roadmap, full ownership of architecture and codebase.
