Role
We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer who thrives in AI-assisted development workflows. You will design, build, and operate backend systems and APIs with an emphasis on shipping high-quality production software quickly using AI coding assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Design scalable systems and backend architecture, integrate third-party services.
- Work with PostgreSQL for data storage and querying.
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and shipping.
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience building production applications with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
- Experience designing APIs and backend architecture.
- Solid SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge.
- Experience completing projects using AI-assisted (“vibe coding”) workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies.
Preferred
- Frontend experience (React or similar).
- AWS experience.
- System architecture or distributed systems experience.
- Trading, financial markets, or algorithmic trading knowledge.
- DevOps or CI/CD experience.

- Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month.
