Spotlight Media is hiring an on-site AI Vibe Coder & Creative Technologist in Fargo, ND to build front-end websites, landing pages, mini apps, dashboards, and marketing systems using AI tools. The role focuses on shipping polished, client-facing deliverables by combining practical front-end coding, AI-assisted tooling, and marketing-aware design.

Role
AI Vibe Coder & Creative Technologist — on-site in Fargo, ND. Work directly with the founder to build, finish, and launch front-end experiences, AI-powered tools, marketing systems, and client solutions using modern AI platforms and web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI platforms (Replit, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, etc.) daily to create websites, landing pages, mini apps, prototypes, dashboards, proposal tools, and marketing assets.
- Turn rough ideas and half-built prototypes into polished, production-ready deliverables.
- Build and refine front-end experiences with attention to responsiveness, layout, usability, and visual quality.
- Support WordPress and other website projects, including redesigns, landing pages, forms, client portals, and interactive tools.
- Create internal tools for sales, proposals, CRM workflows, reporting, dashboards, content planning, and marketing operations.
- Improve sales proposals, slide decks, AI SEO and content workflows, automations, and client-facing tools.
- Troubleshoot and improve broken or unfinished projects and collaborate across design, web, advertising, social, sales, and content teams.
- Keep up with AI trends and identify practical ways to integrate new AI tools into the business and client work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in front-end web work, digital marketing, AI-assisted development, web design, creative technology, or marketing technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as Replit, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, responsive layouts, and front-end troubleshooting; familiarity with basic React or front-end frameworks is beneficial.
- Experience with WordPress, landing pages, website builders, plugins, forms, and basic SEO structure.
- Design-aware with a good eye for clean layouts, spacing, readability, and modern UI.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills, and able to finish projects independently.
- Must be able to work in the Fargo office (in-person presence required).

Replit, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, Figma, Canva, WordPress, Webflow (or similar), Google Workspace, Zapier or Make, Airtable, Supabase, CRM platforms, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, basic React or front-end frameworks, AI image/video/content tools, SEO and AI SEO tools, proposal and presentation tools.
