Role
iMaje Technologies is hiring an AI Development Associate to build websites, applications, scripts, tools, and prototypes using AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding. The role is hands-on and requires using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate, modify, debug, and refine code and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build websites, applications, scripts, tools, and prototypes using AI-assisted coding.
- Work extensively with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar AI platforms and coding assistants.
- Use Vibe Coding techniques and prompt engineering to rapidly convert ideas and requirements into functional solutions.
- Generate, review, and debug AI-produced code; identify and correct errors.
- Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and refine outputs with AI support.
- Research and experiment with new AI platforms, models, agents, and development tools.
- Document prompts, workflows, processes, and project results.
- Communicate requirements, problems, and solutions clearly with team members.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
- Comfortable working with computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Good understanding of effective communication with AI tools; interest in prompt engineering and automation.
- Basic knowledge of programming and web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, APIs, databases) is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to learn new AI platforms quickly and to experiment and research independently.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts depending on project requirements.
- Must have a desktop or laptop with good configuration and reliable internet.
- Candidates must currently be located in Chennai and be willing to commit to a 1-year contract.
Location, Type & Duration
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai District).
- Employment Type: Full-Time, 1-year contract.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
- Benefit(s): Flexible schedule; hybrid remote work in Chennai.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be given a practical AI/Vibe Coding assignment to evaluate prompt formulation, AI interaction, code generation, troubleshooting, and delivery of a functional result.
