Role
HFB Technologies is seeking an AI Website Developer to work in-person in St. George, UT. The role focuses on using AI-assisted development tools and strong prompting to build, refine, and maintain client websites and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, edit, and improve websites using AI-assisted development tools
- Develop website layouts, sections, functionality, and systems to meet project requirements
- Use AI tools to generate, troubleshoot, refine, and improve code
- Write effective prompts that produce usable, high-quality development results
- Review AI-generated output for quality, accuracy, performance, and usability
- Turn client notes and design direction into functional websites in collaboration with the team
- Help develop internal AI workflows and systems to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform updates as needed
- Stay current on AI tools and website development practices
Requirements
- Experience with website development
- Strong understanding of AI tools and how to use them effectively
- Experience developing systems, workflows, or tools with AI
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts for AI-assisted development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to review and improve AI-generated code or website output
- Comfortable learning new tools and adapting quickly
- Must be able to work in person in St. George, UT
Preferred Experience
- Experience using AI coding tools or website builders
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development languages
- Experience with automation, integrations, or internal systems
- Basic understanding of SEO, conversion-focused design, or digital marketing
- Experience working on client or business websites

Compensation & Location
