Role
The AI Website Manager is a hands-on delivery and team leadership role on the Presence Websites team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build websites from brief to launch using AI-assisted “vibe coding” infrastructure, and supervise/train other Specialists to maintain consistent quality and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver websites from intake through launch using AI-assisted tooling.
- Participate in customer intake conversations to clarify requirements and define successful outcomes.
- Translate customer vision into structured, functional websites and iterate based on feedback while controlling scope.
- Own end-to-end customer communication and lead structured touchpoints at intake, mid-build review, and pre-launch.
- Handle scope changes, escalate at-risk accounts early with context and recommendations.
- Supervise, mentor, onboard, and train Specialists on AI-assisted workflows, communication standards, and delivery processes.
- Establish and document team communication standards, follow-up protocols, usability and QA checklists.
- Contribute to retrospectives and propose process improvements; share best practices across the team.
- Work within the company’s AI-assisted code workflow and adopt an AI-first mindset to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior management or team lead experience (supervising, training, or mentoring others) is required.
- Hands-on experience building websites using AI-assisted development tools.
- Comfortable working in an AI-first environment and able to adapt as tooling evolves.
- Strong written, customer-facing communication skills and personal organization to manage account queues and deadlines.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar environments.
- Background in customer success, digital agency work, or SaaS onboarding is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness software space is an asset.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Thornhill, ON (Hybrid)
- Listed salary range: $70,000 - 90,000
