Role
The AI Website Specialist is a hands-on builder on the Presence Websites team responsible for carrying a portfolio of customer accounts and delivering websites from intake through launch using AI-assisted development workflows. The role blends account ownership, customer communication, and iterative website delivery while contributing to team best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build websites from brief to launch using AI-assisted vibe coding infrastructure and emerging technologies.
- Lead customer intake conversations to surface success criteria and translate customer vision into structured, functional websites.
- Iterate on builds based on customer feedback while managing scope and timelines; keep account queues organized to meet deadlines.
- Own end-to-end communication with customers, including structured touchpoints at intake, mid-build review, and pre-launch walkthroughs.
- Handle scope changes and evolving requirements with clear trade-offs and timelines; escalate at-risk accounts early with context and recommendations.
- Actively share and document effective workflows and contribute to process improvements for the team.
AI Tool Usage
- Work within an AI-assisted code workflow and leverage AI tooling to build efficiently and at pace.
- Maintain an AI-first mindset and surface opportunities to improve the tooling and workflow.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building websites using AI-assisted development tools.
- Comfortable with an AI-centric, rapidly evolving tooling environment (experience with Claude Code or similar is expected).
- Clear, professional written communication skills in customer-facing contexts.
- Strong personal organization and the ability to manage your own queue and meet deadlines.
- Background in customer success, digital agency work, or SaaS onboarding is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness software space is an asset.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Thornhill, ON (Hybrid)
- Salary: $60,000-80,000 (salary range provided in posting)
