Role
We are hiring an AI Web/UX Designer to blend creativity, UX expertise, and AI-driven tools to design responsive websites and digital experiences. AI (Claude) will be a core part of the process, powering approximately 80% of user-journey development, prototyping, visual design, content creation, and optimization. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid role (3 days onsite) and candidates must have a digital portfolio showcasing AI web designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Use the AI-driven design platform Claude to generate mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design concepts.
- Design responsive websites and digital experiences that align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Conduct UX research, user-journey mapping, and usability analysis leveraging AI-assisted tools and insights.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Use AI-generated recommendations and analytics to optimize engagement, conversion, and site performance.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and UX best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, digital design, or a related field.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Claude.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated concepts to ensure quality, usability, and brand consistency.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Digital portfolio required demonstrating AI web design work.
