Role
The Analytics & Workflow Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and data pipelines, and implement AI-driven automation to support PMO and reporting activities. The role emphasizes auditability, traceability, compliance, and collaboration with IT, data science, quality, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Qlik Sense as the primary platform.
- Develop semantic models and performance-optimized reports; complement or replace existing BI solutions using ADL and DataBricks.
- Ensure dashboards meet auditability, traceability, and compliance requirements for regulated environments.

Data Engineering & Integration
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SSIS and SQL.
- Manage and query SQL Server databases and integrate data from complex internal sources such as Windchill.

AI & Intelligent Automation
- Design and implement AI agents/copilots to automate recurring PMO and reporting tasks (data quality checks, anomaly detection, automated insights, narrative reporting).
- Apply generative AI and rule-based agents to support self-service analytics, guidance, and dashboard explanation.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, data security, and validation requirements.

Platform & Operations
- Use Git for version control and follow enterprise development standards.
- Apply basic C# and scripting skills to transfer analytics solutions as needed.
- Operate effectively in a lean setup, taking on multiple roles (Developer, Tester, Product Owner, Project Manager) when required.

Quality & Process Alignment
- Test, validate, and release dashboards and data products per defined quality standards.
- Align analytics solutions with Design Control, Configuration Management, Design Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO data transparency and reporting maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ADL and DataBricks (data modeling, scripting, dashboard design).
- Proven experience creating and maintaining data models and BI dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills and relational data modeling experience; working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS or similar ETL frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Python, Git, and basic C# scripting.
- Experience working with unstructured data; experience with Windchill is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Design Control, Configuration Management, Test Management, and Tool Validation processes.
- Basic project management and daily management skills to operate independently in small or virtual teams.

How We Work Together
