About the Role
Lead Oleria's web and design engineering by designing and shipping marketing and product-facing pages end-to-end using AI-accelerated workflows. Combine visual design and front-end engineering to build self-hosted sites, landing pages, and a design system with modern frameworks like Next.js or Astro.
Job Description
Role
You will own Oleria’s digital presence end-to-end, designing and implementing marketing and product pages with AI-accelerated workflows. The role combines visual design and front-end engineering: you design in Figma/Framer and ship production-ready pages without handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship a self-hosted website and marketing pages using modern frameworks (Next.js/Astro preferred)
- Create landing pages optimized for conversion across campaigns and product launches
- Build and maintain a design system and component library for consistent brand execution
- Implement tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, attribution) and support A/B testing and performance monitoring
- Migrate content and sites from Webflow to self-hosted infrastructure
- Rapid AI-assisted prototyping: design, code, and ship concepts in under 48 hours using vibe coding workflows
- Produce marketing design assets using AI design tools for campaigns, social, and sales materials
Requirements
- 3–5 years as a front-end engineer or design engineer with a strong portfolio of shipped websites
- Practical experience using vibe coding tools (Cursor, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery
- Ability to design with AI leverage (Figma AI, Midjourney, Recraft) and build interactive prototypes in Framer
- Able to go from Figma to production without a handoff; strong visual design sense (typography, layout, color, spacing)
- Experience with modern web frameworks (Next.js, Astro, or similar) and building marketing sites
- Comfortable implementing analytics and conversion tracking (GTM, conversion pixels), A/B testing, and performance monitoring
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS or cybersecurity brand design
- Motion design or animation skills for interactive experiences
- Experience producing AI-generated imagery at scale and brand-safe visual production
- Familiarity with Framer and Webflow-to-code migration using AI tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices from a technical implementation perspective
