Senior Lead Product Builder (Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer) acting as a Technical Founder within a pod to design, build, and deliver AI-native, production-ready full‑stack solutions that prioritize business value and rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end feature development: design and implement responsive frontend components and robust backend logic with high performance and accessibility standards.
- Agentic orchestration: define intent, refine prompts, validate outputs, and use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.
- Automated quality & security: author automated unit, integration, and E2E tests and employ AI-assisted testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
- Architectural collaboration: participate in prototype reviews and feasibility scans to ensure modular, scalable, and cost‑aware system designs.
- Entrepreneurial iteration: partner with product definers to quickly build, test, and iterate on MVPs using data-driven insights.
- Documentation & oversight: leverage AI to generate and maintain technical documentation, READMEs, and API docs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.
- Full-stack proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks such as Python and React, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Mastery of AI programming tools and methodologies, including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and experience in async-first environments.
Preferred / Bonus
- Experience as a “Technical Founder” or lead role in entrepreneurial/startup environments.
- Active involvement in AI community or side projects involving agent orchestration.
- Proven ability to execute autonomously and lead self-directed work.
Logistics
- Location: Westminster, CO — in-office 4 days per week.
- Travel: approximately 10%.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $170,600–$234,600 (salary, bonus eligible).
