Role
The Asia Pacific Senior Finance Analyst is part of the AP Regional Finance Team and supports the AP FP&A Senior Manager in regional planning, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis. The role works with local office teams across the AP region to track financial performance, provide decision support, and contribute to regional and global finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyse financial performance across the AP region and explain business drivers behind outcomes.
- Support planning and forecasting processes including coordination and consolidation of SBU plans/forecasts.
- Provide decision support through bi-weekly revenue analysis, monthly reporting, backlog reporting, non-billable cost analysis, PA reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
- Deliver on reporting automation initiatives and partner with the BI&A/product team on dashboarding and related programs.
- Prepare materials for regional leadership and chair meetings (EC, OC, WWOM & Leadership meetings) as required.
- Support rollout of global finance policies, processes and initiatives; liaise with Global Services, Global Finance and other regional functions.
- Act as back-up to other AP Regional Finance team members and support local finance teams as needed.
Requirements
- CA/CPA/MBA with at least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Approximately 5–8 years’ experience in finance planning & analysis, revenue management and commercial areas; professional services experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of BCG accounting, planning and systems is preferred for internal candidates.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modelling and attention to detail; ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate effectively in virtual and global teams.
Technical & Tool Requirements
- Required: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Business Object tool.
- Desired: Tableau, Power Query, PowerAutomate, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
- Experience with reporting automation and dashboarding; partnership with BI&A/product teams.

Locations listed: Gurgaon | Kuala Lumpur. The role supports regional stakeholders across Asia-Pacific and involves virtual collaboration across multiple offices and cultures.
