Associate Director/Director - Tech Consulting (Pharma/Life Sciences) responsible for end-to-end ownership of designing and building AI-ready data architectures and data products tailored to therapeutic areas. The role combines technical architectural leadership, AI/ML-driven solution innovation, client relationship development, and team leadership across onsite and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and data products for life sciences clients.
- Build “Art of the Possible” MVPs using AI fluency and advanced engineering approaches to address critical business problems.
- Utilize Vibe Coding and Vibe Engineering tools to streamline development and analytics delivery.
- Act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders within Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.
- Manage and expand client relationships, identify new business opportunities and adjacencies.
- Oversee delivery for large teams spanning onsite and offshore resources.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong domain expertise in Life Sciences, specifically Commercial Sales & Marketing.
- Deep experience in data products and data analytics and familiarity with pharma data sources, including claims/prescriber, execution (CRM), and Real-World Data (RWD).
- Experience with or exposure to therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Cardiometabolic and Respiratory Diseases, Immunology, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology.
- Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
