Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents for enterprise customers, blending product management, prompt/context engineering, data-driven insights, and project leadership across pre-sales to post-launch lifecycle.

Role
As an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team, you will work directly with Strategic and Fortune 500 customers to create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents. This customer-facing role combines product thinking, prompt and context engineering, data-driven analysis, and project leadership alongside Forward-Deployed Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI Agent deployments across the customer lifecycle (pre-sales through post-launch optimization)
- Define customer AI roadmaps using quantitative analysis and qualitative insights
- Iterate on prompt and context engineering to meet customer business outcomes
- Design and run evaluations and A/B tests of AI Agents using Cresta’s agent builder and internal tools
- Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer success
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer/Sales Engineering, Revenue & Sales Analysis, Investment Banking, Founder)
- Hands-on work style with a bias for action and ability to deliver with urgency and care
- Comfort working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a startup environment
- Willingness to travel

Compensation
- OTE Range: $130,000–$170,000 plus equity. Base and total compensation are location-based and dependent on experience and role fit.
