An Associate Operations & Systems Analyst who bridges business processes and technology by maintaining and optimizing core tools, ensuring system health, and building efficient workflows. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, improving data integrity, and automating repetitive tasks using modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- System administration and support for core business systems, including CRM, BI, and automation platforms.
- Configure and optimize tools to ensure smooth daily operations and system reliability.
- Documentation and process mapping: maintain process flows, map data models, and assist in drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
- AI-assisted development: use tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to build lightweight automations, write simple scripts, and streamline repetitive internal tasks (“vibe coding”).
- Cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and fulfill data requests for stakeholders.
- Run data audits, maintain clean records, and build basic dashboards for accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 0.5–2 years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or a related technical field (internship experience accepted).
- Foundational understanding of CRMs, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make), spreadsheets, and basic data analysis workflows.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and databases; exposure to SQL, Python, or JavaScript is expected at a foundational level.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; ability to decompose complex processes into clear steps.

Qualifications
