The role involves end-to-end design, implementation, debugging, and performance optimization of AI systems, as well as migrating existing automations from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational search and AI systems for medical content.
- Evaluate, debug, and improve conversational AI to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for latency, cost, and reliability.
- Explore and apply reinforcement learning and self-improving techniques to improve models.
- Drive end-to-end UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD) migration: assessment, redesign, optimization, and stabilization of automations.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within the PAD framework to enable intelligent automation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Requirements
