Role
As an Associate UX Designer you will conceive, design, and lead UX research initiatives for large-scale enterprise applications. You will translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and help define consistent cross-platform experiences across desktop, web, and mobile.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage UX research, usability studies, user testing, and vibe coding sessions to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interfaces for large applications.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver product specifications, assets, and development support throughout the lifecycle.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and ensure business alignment.
- Champion enterprise design best practices, including data visualisation, Dark mode, and cross-platform UX.
- Establish and maintain design consistency across portfolios with Portfolio UX Design Leads.
- Use data-driven methods and experimentation to validate designs and optimise user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technology-driven organisation, preferably in aviation or enterprise software, delivering large-scale, multi-user platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred; UX certifications (e.g., HFI, NN/g, IDF) desirable.
- Proven experience conducting UX research, usability studies, user testing, and building personas.
- Strong prototyping and visual design skills; experience producing journey maps, site maps, style guides, and usability reports.
- Familiarity with Lean UX and agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Experience using modern design tools such as Figma and Miro, including AI-enabled features for rapid prototyping and collaboration.
- Knowledge or experience with vibe coding techniques as part of research and prototyping.
