Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI agents and automated business workflows across Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations using modern LLMs, agentic frameworks, and automation tooling. The role focuses on building LLM integrations, AI-powered internal tools, and secure client-facing enhancements in a Hyderabad-based (hybrid/in-person) environment.

Role
Senior AI Automation Engineer responsible for leading AI implementation and automation across Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Business Operations. The role emphasizes building agentic AI solutions, integrating LLMs, and automating real business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy AI agents and enterprise AI applications.
- Design AI workflows and prompt engineering strategies for production use.
- Integrate and operationalize LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and implement RAG/MCP and tool-calling patterns.
- Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services using FastAPI or Django.
- Implement database schemas and integrations with PostgreSQL/MySQL and vector databases.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and cloud services (AWS).
- Build business workflow automations using tools like n8n or Make.com.
- Collaborate on secure client portal enhancements and internal AI-powered tools.
- Employ AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Python development experience.
- Strong experience with agentic AI and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, and AI tool-calling approaches.
- Experience with FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and vector databases.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and AWS.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Make.com.
- 1+ years of work experience with Django.
- Strong understanding of business processes and automation.
