Role
Bilingual Multimedia Integrator / E-Learning Senior Consultant responsible for designing and producing instructional content and interactive e-learning modules for specialty lines insurance. The role involves collaborating with subject-matter experts to define learning objectives, architect content, create storyboards, produce multimedia assets, and ensure effective post-training follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on drafting learning objectives and ideation.
- Develop instructional breakdowns and content architecture with content specialists.
- Recommend and implement training strategies aligned with objectives and constraints.
- Produce various learning materials and adapt storyboards to training concepts.
- Design original learning scenarios and develop assessments to evaluate competency.
- Integrate and synchronize text, images, and audio in authoring tools (primarily Storyline).
- Retouch and optimize images; edit and process audio and video content.
- Use filming equipment (camera, lighting) as an asset.
- Use generative AI to generate text, media content (image and video), and code; perform vibe coding to generate HTML/JavaScript/ActionScript where needed.
- Produce multimedia motion design animations (asset).
- Manage projects, run workshops, facilitate meetings, and provide regular progress updates.
- Revise translated training materials from English to French and ensure post-training follow-up.
Requirements
- Degree in education sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia integration.
- Very advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs).
- Bilingual English/French required for candidates across Canada; ability to interact regularly with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
Assets / Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience producing motion design animations.
- Filming equipment / production experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stated salary range: 87,200 - 106,600 (based on a 35-hour workweek).
- Annual bonus target (10% of base, with potential payout up to double the target, subject to performance).
