Bilingual Multimedia Integrator / E-Learning Senior Consultant responsible for designing and producing e-learning modules and multimedia training for specialty lines insurance, collaborating with content experts to create instructional architectures, storyboards, assessments, and multimedia assets. The role requires strong authoring-tool expertise, bilingual English/French fluency, and experience using generative AI and vibe coding to produce and integrate text, media, and code.

Role
Senior consultant focused on multimedia integration for e-learning within Specialty Lines Canada. Design, develop and produce interactive training modules and multimedia assets (text, images, audio, video, motion design) for underwriters and brokers, in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on drafting learning objectives and ideation.
- Develop instructional breakdowns, content architecture and storyboards.
- Recommend and implement training strategies aligned with objectives and constraints.
- Create training modules, learning scenarios and assessments to evaluate competency.
- Integrate and synchronize text, images, audio and video in authoring tools (primarily Articulate Storyline/Rise).
- Retouch and optimize images, edit/process audio and video; use filming equipment (camera, lighting) where needed.
- Use generative AI to produce text and media content and to generate code (vibe coding) for interactive elements (HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, etc.).
- Produce multimedia motion design animations (asset) and manage project timelines, meetings and workshops.
- Revise translated training materials from English to French and ensure post-training follow-up.
Requirements
- Degree in education sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multimedia integration.
- Very advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs).
- Bilingualism (English/French) required for candidates across Canada.
- Eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong instructional, writing and pedagogical skills; problem analysis, creativity, autonomy and strong organizational skills.
Preferred / Asset Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience producing motion design animations and using filming equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 87,200 - 106,600 (annual). 10% annual bonus target with potential payout up to double the target (subject to performance).
