SourceWhale is hiring a Content & Brand Marketing Manager to build and scale an AI-native content engine that drives brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline. The role focuses on brand storytelling, strategic content execution, AI-assisted production (including vibe coding), and cross-channel distribution from a hybrid Shoreditch office.

Role
As Content & Brand Marketing Manager you will own and scale SourceWhale’s content engine to drive brand awareness, engagement and pipeline. You will define content strategy and calendar, create and repurpose content across channels, support multimedia and video assets, manage PR outreach, and collaborate closely with demand gen and leadership on founder-led thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and amplify SourceWhale’s brand narrative and voice across key channels and touchpoints.
- Plan, manage and execute a content roadmap aligned with demand generation and growth.
- Lead PR outreach and relationships with recruitment trade press and industry media.
- Create high-quality copy across long-form and short-form formats (web, email, ads, social).
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing snippets across multiple channels.
- Support video scripts, data reports and interactive content for brand and performance campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for search and performance (SEO & AEO).
- Design and manage AI-assisted workflows and custom AI agents to scale content production and distribution.
- Build lightweight audience-facing tools and interactive resources using vibe coding.
- Continuously test and integrate new AI tools and agents to expand individual output.
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on content and full-funnel campaign experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or tools for recruiters; understanding of agency recruiters’ world is required.
- Proven high-quality copywriting across multiple formats and channels.
- Experience planning and executing full-funnel campaigns end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and content strategy for search.
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate work and adapt new models.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
