Join Taboola's Information Systems team in New York as a Business Applications Specialist focused on Salesforce and GenAI. Partner with Sales and Account Management to design, build, and deploy CRM, automation, and LLM-powered solutions that improve workflows and scale the global revenue engine.
Job Description
Role
As a Business Applications Specialist on the Information Systems team in the New York office, you will partner with Sales and Account Management to design, build, and implement CRM, automation, and GenAI-powered solutions that improve workflows, accelerate productivity, and scale global revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement business application solutions (CRM, automation, GenAI) based on stakeholder requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise declarative automation (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Dynamics Business Rules) at scale.
- Prototype and deploy LLM-driven tools and GenAI integrations (e.g., automated sales assistance, intelligent data synthesis, RAG-based tools).
- Enable and train Sales teams to build low-code GenAI tools and adopt new capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements from discovery and sandbox testing to production deployment and user adoption.
- Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration/Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Proven experience designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) handling thousands of records and hundreds of users.
- Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and ability to map them to technical solutions.
- Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and RAG-based tools.
- Hands-on experience in vibe coding and light scripting or coding; ability to bridge AI capabilities and practical sales workflows (lead enrichment, predictive scoring).
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate across time zones.
Preferred / Bonus
- Light scripting or coding experience (Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with SQL / SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
