Role
ZapCom Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative to research and map accounts across EU markets, execute multi-channel outreach to generate and qualify leads, and support leadership with prospecting, discovery, and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and map accounts across EU markets with focus on Travel & Hospitality, Airlines, BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate and qualify leads.
- Support leadership in tailored outreach strategies aligned to company plays, solutions, and IP.
- Facilitate prospecting activities, discovery calls, demos, and meetings; assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and supporting documentation.
- Track, manage, and follow up on opportunities using CRM and SalesOps tools; maintain data hygiene, reporting, and dashboards.
- Create presentations, case studies, and decks aligned to customer or vertical needs.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and account developments; provide market and account intelligence to support GTM planning.
- Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives such as content briefs and event preparation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Services, custom solutioning, or SaaS sales roles.
- Exposure to at least two of these verticals: Travel & Hospitality, Airlines, BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing.
- Proven track record in B2B account handling or new business hunting.
- Working understanding (good-to-have) of: Data Engineering & AI, Product & Platform Engineering, App Modernization, Cloud & DevOps, System Integration, Data Analytics & BI, and awareness of Vibe Coding and ecosystem trends. -Strong grasp of sales outreach tools and functions (CRM, automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Excellent presentation creation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers.
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and process orientation with attention to detail.
- Fluency in additional European languages beyond English is a plus.
