Role

The Business Operations & HubSpot Administrator is responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution to ensure seamless operations, clean data, and scalable systems across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This role combines business analysis, low-code automation development, HubSpot system ownership, and analytics to support revenue and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Design and deploy low-code/no-code automations using platforms such as N8N, Zapier, Make, or HubSpot Operations Hub Workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI) to enhance reporting, data enrichment, and documentation.
  • Serve as HubSpot owner: manage workflows, integrations, custom objects, APIs, and data model architecture.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM structure to support new markets, products, and teams.
  • Document business and data processes, system integrations, and automation logic; create training guides and enablement materials (e.g., Loom videos).
  • Implement data governance: automated validation, deduplication, enrichment, audits, and anomaly alerts.
  • Use SQL and HubSpot reporting to identify trends; build dashboards and KPI frameworks for Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Create reporting pipelines that blend HubSpot, Snowflake, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders on pipeline health, forecasting, and retention metrics.
  • Support marketing operations: lead capture, attribution, lifecycle tracking, segmentation, and nurture workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or CRM Administration (preferably SaaS).
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Operations Hub (custom objects, workflows, APIs).
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or Airtable Automations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation and prompt-based workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; Snowflake experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or HubSpot dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work and meet productivity and quality KPIs.
