Business Systems & Solutions Specialist

Role

As a Business Systems & Solutions Specialist on the Information Systems team (New York, hybrid), you will partner closely with Sales and Account Management to design, build, and implement CRM, automation, and GenAI-powered solutions that improve day-to-day workflows, accelerate productivity, and enable global revenue scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within business applications.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise declarative automation (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Dynamics Business Rules) supporting hundreds of users globally.
• Prototype and deploy Generative AI/LLM-driven tools (e.g., automated sales assistance, intelligent data synthesis) using APIs and native AI capabilities.
• Teach and enable Sales teams to create low-code/GenAI tools and speed up daily workflows.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements: discovery, sandbox testing, production deployment, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration/Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise business systems (examples given: Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Proven track record designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) that handle thousands of records and hundreds of users without compromising performance.
• Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and the ability to map those processes to technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Generative AI solutions for business users (LLM-based integrations, prompt engineering, RAG-based tools) or strong conceptual knowledge of these approaches.
• Ability to bridge AI capabilities and practical sales workflows (lead enrichment, predictive scoring).
• Hands-on experience in vibe coding and light scripting/coding ability; ability to work autonomously and collaborate across time zones.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

• Light scripting or coding experience with Python or JavaScript to augment no-code solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
