Chief of Staff

Role

MLabs is hiring a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate to serve as the CEO’s right hand at a high-growth crypto startup. The role is high-visibility and high-impact, with ownership over key business pillars including product, strategy, operations, investor relations, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on product vision, roadmap, and company priorities.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and craft strategic narratives for fundraising.
• Own product development from specification through launch.
• Drive hiring pipelines for engineering and product teams.
• Streamline internal operations and collaborate with Business Development to manage the company treasury.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience at a high-growth tech or crypto company.
• Deep, firsthand experience in the crypto and DeFi ecosystem.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills; able to produce investor-ready materials.
• Technical savviness with intermediate coding ability (example given: Python) to automate workflows and build “vibe code” solutions.
• High agency, thrives in ambiguity, and prefers small, high-throughput teams with minimal bureaucracy.
• Mindset aligned toward founding or operating at an early-stage startup.
