Seeking a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate to act as the CEO’s right-hand at a high-growth crypto startup focused on onchain wealth management. This high-visibility role will own critical pillars across product, strategy, operations, and investor relations and is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup leadership and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO on product vision, roadmap, and company-level priorities.
- Investor Relations: Prepare board materials, investor updates, and craft strategic narratives for future fundraising.
- Product Ownership: Drive product specifications from concept through launch.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage and scale hiring pipelines for engineering and product teams.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline internal operations and collaborate with Business Development to manage company treasury.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management at a high-growth tech or crypto company.
- Domain Expertise: Deep, firsthand experience in the crypto and DeFi ecosystem.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and communication skills; able to produce investor-ready materials.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate coding ability (example: Python) to automate workflows and implement “vibe code” solutions.
- Mindset: High agency, comfortable with ambiguity, prefers small high-velocity teams.
Compensation & Location
- Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 (USD).
- Location: New York.
