Role
As a Client Operations Engineer (Growth Expert) you’ll design and build custom solutions ranging from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications that translate client requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable growth. You will work across the development lifecycle: conceptualization, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment, and contribute internal tools and micro-apps on top of the company’s AI stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client-specific applications and internal micro-applications.
- Configure and integrate LLMs and AI systems to power workflows and products.
- Translate client and internal requirements into technical architectures and implementations.
- Advance technical SEO and growth-engineering solutions to optimize measurable outcomes.
- Perform testing, QA, and iteration on non-deterministic AI outputs and prompts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience (explicitly requested).
- Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React and TypeScript experience.
- Background or experience in technical SEO/AEO, growth engineering, or marketing roles that involve building custom growth tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering or vibe coding and configuring LLMs/AI systems.
- Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
- Ability to QA non-deterministic outputs and refine prompts.
- Strong communication, ownership, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship).
Nice to Have
- Experience building Generative AI / LLM-based products.
- Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred; Python or Node also welcomed).
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
Work Environment & Logistics
- Fully remote role with flexible scheduling; requires at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time (8am–12pm PT overlap requested).
- Results-oriented, asynchronous-first culture with minimal meetings.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (listed in job posting).
